No gimmicks here, beware of the
marketing 'hooks' in the marketplace.
You will find lots of high profile agents in our community that spend
thousands of marketing dollars a month to get your attention.
Some of the
latest marketing ploys include:
"I'll buy your house if not sold in 21 days"
"Trade your home and I'll discount commissions"
"Let us sale your house for $900"
"Buy your home with us and we'll sell yours for free"
Well, they go on and on.
Fortunately, I've learned what not to do in marketing your home by having
personal experience with many of these type of agents. Not to say that all
of them are negative, but you should watch for these types of advertisements, as
for the most part, they are used as hooks to reel you in.
How am I different? I spend my
marketing dollars on building relationships. It's that simple. I
place value on people and this is evident in testimonials from previous and
current clients.
I spend money on continued education so
that I can properly advise clients in property matters related to their real
estate transaction.
And lastly, but not finally, I spend my
marketing dollars on selling your home. Staging suggestions are part of my
plan! If you are satisfied with my
service, you will refer others to me and that's the basis of my real estate
business.
